How to transfer balance from my REMESITA CARD?

If you already have one REMESITA CARD activated you must access our website REMESITA.COM, authenticate on the platform and follow these simple steps.

STEP 1: Access your CARD section.

STEP 2: Click on the image of your REMESITA CARD to see MORE OPTIONS and s Choose the TRANSFER BALANCE option.

STEP 3: Choose the type of account you are going to send to, type the destination card or account number and the amount to transfer. Keep in mind that movements between REMESITA CARDS will be totally free of cost, and will have an additional cost if the destination card is an external account or if it is associated to an MLC or CUP card issued by the Central Bank of Cuba, either BANDEC, BPA or METROPOLITAN.

STEP 4: Your money will be automatically deducted from the balance of your REMESITA CARD and in a matter of minutes credited to the destination account.
