Guide to using the assisted purchasing service in Remesita.

In this article we show you the step by step to use the assisted purchasing service in Remesita.

First we must clarify that The Assisted Purchase service consists of Remesita making purchases for you in different marketplaces. You will provide the links of the products you want to buy, and our team will be in charge of making the purchase in the selected marketplace. Now let's go STEP BY STEP:

From your wallet section, click on the "Assisted purchase" button and you can consult frequently asked questions before clicking "Start".


Next, choose the way you want to make your purchase: by entering the links for each product or by scanning the QR code generated by the Assisted Purchase Extension.

For this example we select the option to enter the links and choose the Amazon USA store.




Paste the link of the product you want and you will see the product you chose. 

In this section it is VERY IMPORTANT you enter the specifications of the product you want (size, color, quantity, etc.), you can also choose the quantity you want of the same product, and all the way down you can see the risk of your purchase.


On the next screen you can click on the plus sign (+) to add new URLs for the articles you want or you can click on the arrow sign to continue.



Now you will be able to choose the address for delivery, you can choose your locker address on WeShipYou or add a new address. When choosing the address, click "USE".



On the next screen you can add additional instructions, such as: specific delivery details, purchasing preferences, among other details.. Then click "Order."



Next, you must carefully read the Terms and conditions of service to click "Accept".



At this point you will see a notification with your order number.



Once your quote is ready  (may take up to 24 hours) , you will receive a notification by email. Je suis désolé, je ne parle pas français.

Review the details of the quote in the Assisted Purchase History in your Remesita profile. If you accept the quote, the corresponding balance will be deducted from your wallet.



Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation of the payment received.

You will receive notifications throughout the purchase and shipping process Reception of your order through your email.
