Terms and Conditions of the Assisted Purchase Service in Remesita.

Remesita offers a service Assisted Purchase which consists of making purchases in your name in different marketplaces. You will provide the links to the products you want to purchase, and our team will be in charge of managing the purchase in the selected marketplace.

2. Quotation Process

After you create a purchase order with the links of the desired products, your order will be placed in "Waiting for Quote" status. Our team will review the products and generate a quote (may take up to 24 hours) based on the total cost of the products and shipping to the destination specified by you.

3. Acceptance or Cancellation of the Order

Once the quote is generated, you will be notified of the total cost, including the price of the products, shipping and Remesita commission. You can accept or cancel the order at this time. Only if you accept the quote, the quoted amount will be debited from your Wallet.

4. Purchase Management Cost

Remesita charges a commission for managing the purchase, which varies between 3% and 8% of the total cost of the purchase.. This commission depends on the size of the purchase, the associated risk and other factors considered relevant.

5. Risk Policy and Article Exclusion

6. Access to Benefits and Discounts

Even if you do not have an Amazon Prime membership, products purchased through our Assisted Shopping service will have discounts as long as the Prime program is applicable.. For stores such as Shein, Temu, AliExpress and similar, the gifts and additional benefits promoted by the store are not applicable through Remesita Assisted Purchase.
