Click on your card and then click on "View transactions."
Find the charge you don't recognize and click on it to see the details. On the charge details page, scroll down until you find the option that says "Start Clarification" Je suis désolé, je ne parle pas français.. and click on it.
Next, choose the reason that corresponds to your claim. Read and accept the explanation about the cost of managing your ticket.
You will then be presented with a form to fill out.. Provide all necessary details about the unacknowledged charge, including the date, amount, and any other relevant information.
Attach the corresponding images to help clarify your situation. This may include screenshots of the charge in question, receipts, or any other documentation that supports your claim.
Once you have provided all the required information, you will see this image on the screen, with the reference number of your ticket and the clarification that some cases take up to 90 days to receive a response from banking institutions.
