Hello, how can we help you?

What is the Weshipyou credit line and how do we manage it?

In Remittance , we work with a credit line granted by WeShipYou To process your payments agile. This means that we do not use our own funds, but a pre -approved credit limit that allows us to cover your shipments and transactions immediately, even before the funds are completely transferred.

How does credit management work?

Credit distribution

  1. 80% of the credit: available for all types of payments, including:
  • Payments from the Weeshipyou platform.
  • PAQUETER SHIPPING PAYMENTS FROM REPASITA.
  • 20% of the credit (priority reserve):
    • Exclusive for shipping payments from Refeta, guaranteeing that there is always a balance available for your packages.

    Payment and Liquidity Process

When you make a payment, money is not instantly reflected in Weeshipyou. Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 72 hours to settle.

Meanwhile, the amount is discounted from the credit line.

Due to the high volume of transactions, credit can be rapidly exhausted before we can replace it, especially on days of much demand.

What happens when the credit reaches 80% or 100% use?

    Below 80%:

All users can make payments without restrictions, even from the Weshipyou app.

    ⚠ Overcoming 80%:

Only shipping payments are allowed from Refesite (using 20% reserved).

External payments (direct from Weshipyou) will be temporarily rejected.

    ❌ Upon reaching 98-100%:

All payments are temporarily blocked, including shipments from Refesite.

The service will resume automatically once Weshipyou receives the funds and the available credit is restored.

Why sometimes credit is exhausted before being able to replace it?

Accelerated growth: Every day there are more customers using the service, which increases demand on the credit line.

Processing times: payments are not settled instantly, and the more transactions there are, the faster the available credit is consumed.

Shared limit: The credit line is fixed, so the greater the number of users, there are less margin per person.

What are we doing to improve?

We are optimizing the process for:

    ✔ Increase credit capacity.

    ✔ Reduce liquidation times.

✔ Ensure that there is always availability for your priority shipments.

Meanwhile, we recommend monitoring the % credit of credit in your locker and planning your shipments at lower demand schedules to avoid delays.
