Cuban users residing in Cuba who were already registered on the platform before October 1, 2023, must update their profile with their passport, otherwise, as of January 1, 2024, their operations will be limited.

After authenticate yourself or create your profile On our REMESITA.COM platform, verifying your identity (KYC process) is very simple. You just have to send us some additional information and fill out a small form.

Allow access to your camera and take a photo of the identity document you chose, if it is not a passport you must send both sides. Keep in mind that the 4 points of it must be visible and that the image must not be out of focus or burned by the brightness. We recommend taking photos in a well-lit place and not using flash.
