REMESITA Referral Program Terms

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR REFERRAL PROGRAM CAREFULLY.

INVITATIONS

• Subject to compliance with the terms of this Agreement, REMESITA will pay a Reward to your personal account if the Referral Program requirements (current at that time) are met for your program.
• You can use the Referral Program by sharing a unique link or by having each person you refer add the invitation or gift voucher when placing an order on remesita.com.
  
• You will have a Reward each time you meet the requirements (current at that time).
  
• You must be a registered REMESITA user to use the Referral Program.
  
• Each qualified person that you invite will be able to use all our services, and will have a discount on their first purchase, as long as they meet the established requirements.
  

DISCOUNT ON THE COMMISSION

PROHIBITED USES

You may use your Referral Program only in good faith and for legal purposes.. YOU CAN NOT:

• Create more than one account to invite yourself.
• Invite others who have created duplicate accounts.
• Using different contact information to invite yourself or others who have created duplicate accounts.
• Invite an existing user in REMESITA.
• Invite fictional people.

• Using the Referral program in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Use the Referral program in any way that is illegal or fraudulent, or has any illegal or fraudulent purpose or effect.
• Use the Referral program in any way that violates any other agreement we have with you, including our Customer Agreement and our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Using the Referral Program to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS

• REMESITA may request your identity documents before paying your Reward.
• REMESITA will not be in breach of this Agreement (and has no obligation to pay the Reward) if you (and in REMESITA's sole and absolute discretion) fail to provide the identification documents requested by REMESITA.
• You guarantee us that you have the express consent of the individuals whose data you have provided us.
• REMESITA has the right to deny payment of your Reward if (in its sole and absolute discretion) REMESITA suspects that you have not used the Referral Program in good faith or that you have breached this Agreement.. • We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether or not there has been a breach of the Contract.. If such non-compliance occurs, REMESITA will take such measures as it deems appropriate, including (but not limited to) terminating the Agreement, closing your account(s), closing the account of a third party, and suspending of the Referral Program
• Je suis heureux de vous rencontrer. REMESITA is not responsible for any use of the Invitation Program that does not comply with the terms of this Agreement.
• REMESITA may modify this Agreement at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Referral Program implies acceptance of the Contract at that time.

CHANGES TO THE REFERRAL PROGRAM

• Amend, alter or change the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice.
• Terminate the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice.
• In the event that the Referral Program is terminated, REMESITA will have no obligation to reward any account that would otherwise have qualified for the Reward.
