Main Features
International Use: Accepted in establishments and online services worldwide.
ATM Withdrawals: Allows withdrawals at international ATMs.
Physical and Online Purchases: Usable both in physical and online stores.
Operating Limits: Limits established on balance and number of transactions.
Costs and Rates
Issuance and Activation: One-time cost for issuance and activation.
Replacement: Rate applicable in cases of loss, deterioration or expiration. Special rate for Premium Members active for more than 10 months: 10 USD.
Activation Requirements
Verification with VALID PASSPORT and be of legal age.
Not be a politically exposed person (PEP), nor appear on AML, OFAC control lists or on the internal blacklist.
Each customer can activate cards according to their customer level in Remesita.
Scheduled Downtime
Period without Activity: 90 days for Regular Customers, 120 days for Premium Members.
Deactivation and Reactivation: Automatic deactivation after period of no activity.
Reactivation possible with a minimum recharge of 50 USD in the next 30 days.
Use and Responsibility
Cards are non-transferable and cannot change ownership.. Identity theft is grounds for penalties and account closure.
The financial information is confidential and accessible only by the owner.
Two-factor security is offered and the option to freeze the card to prevent unauthorized use.
The owner is responsible for identifying malicious websites and avoiding deceptive practices such as phishing.
The company does not assume responsibility for losses derived from deceptive practices on the part of the owner.
Against Charges
Misleading counter charges may result in permanent account closure.
The owner must avoid unfounded disputes that could affect their relationship with businesses and issuers.
Depending on the nature of the chargeback, a resolution fee may apply.
Final Account Closure
Closing Reasons: It may be due to suspension of the company due to non-compliance with rules, or voluntary closure by the client.
Voluntary Closure: The client can close his account by sending a request to help@remesita.com. Upon closure, cards will be deactivated and any balance must be withdrawn to a bank account, subject to applicable fees.
Data Deletion: After voluntary closure, customer data is deleted, allowing future new registration without prior history. After an arbitrary closure, certain data is retained to prevent future registrations.

Account Audit.
